While micro-blogging site Twitter has become like a mouthpiece for a majority of Bollywood bigwigs, actress Kareena Kapoor isn’t too keen on joining the bandwagon.

The actress has been evading the idea of joining Twitter because she doesn’t have the time to sign up on the site and start using it, according to reports.

Recently, at an event, Kareena revealed that she’s still not sure about the whole idea of joining Twitter, and would need at least another month to take the decision. The actress says that really needs to think about it carefully, because she’s apparently too tied up with work at present.

Well, poor Bebo looks pretty confused as she wonders if she will be able to stick by it regularly once she starts it. Anyhow, let’s hope that Kareena considers the idea to help us know the sassy beauty even better!

Kareena Kapoor has won the ‘Worst Actress’ award at Bollywood’s version of the Razzies for her performance in Kambakkht Ishq.

The internationally-shot action-comedy film, about an Indian stuntman in Hollywood, was also named ‘Worst Film’ at the second annual Golden Kela ceremony.

Cameos from Sylvester Stallone and Denise Roberts in the movie won them the ‘Have You Gone Nuts?’ award.

On its release, the film garnered several bad reviews, despite having been delayed several times due to extensive post-production work.

Critic Noyon Jyoti Parasara described the film as having “a worryingly bad script, horrible screenplay, traumatising dialogues and unpleasant music”.

Other winners included Priyanka Chopra’s co-star and former boyfriend Harman Baweja, who was ‘honoured’ with the ‘Worst Actor’ award for the romantic comedy flop What’s Your Raashee?.

The yesteryear star Karisma Kapoor, yesterday gave birth to a beautiful baby boy at Breach Candy Hospital. Karisma also has an elder daughter named Samiara. Both mother and baby are in good condition and those present there apart from hubby Sanjay Kapoor, were the bombshell masi Kareena Kapoor and her fiancé Saif Ali Khan.

Kareena is on cloud 9 with the birth of her nephew and she said, “I am thrilled to become a maasi again! I have just come back from the hospital.”

She added further that they are planning to name the new born the letter ‘K’ and the name ceremony would be held in another few days.

It has also appeared that the size-zero girl has cancelled or postponed all her pending assignments by a week in order to spend quality time with her family.

Karisma Kapoor delivered a baby boy yesterday morning at Breach Candy hospital. She already has a daughter, Samaira. Both Karisma and the baby boy are in good health.

Present at the hospital, apart from husband Sunjay Kapur, were sister Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan. Said Kareena, “All is good. The baby is healthy and so is Karisma. We are yet to decide on the name but it will be something that starts with a K.”

While Sunjay Kapur, who has been camping in Mumbai for five days now, is thrilled to be a father again, he’s definitely not discounting his options. “Is my family complete now? Who knows? I think the more the merrier,” he laughs.

Though he insists there’s no name he has in mind for his son yet, Sunjay is not ruling out Kareena’s suggestion for it to start with a K. “We’ll decide soon enough. Samaira looks a lot like me and I’m hoping my son will take after Karisma. I must say Samaira is very thrilled. She just celebrated her fifth birthday on March 11 and a day later she has a brother.”

Sunjay said he plans to stay in Mumbai with his family till the end of the month at least. “Samaira’s school is in session, so they won’t be coming with me immediately. Once her summer vacations start, all three of them will join me in Delhi.”

And while he’s here, there’s word that Sunjay might be playing a polo match next week. “I haven’t brought my horses here, but I might get some friend to mount me on a horse,” he said.

Saif Ali Khan is influencing his girlfriend Kareena Kapoor with his choice of films. Apparently he has been recommending a few classics to her. And the doting girlfriend that she is, she’s been watching these regularly to refine her taste in films.

Saif has not only asked her to watch Casablanca, Breakfast at Tiffany’s, and Gone With The Wind, he also got her a number of Marilyn Monroe films like Some Like It Hot, The Seven Year Itch. He also suggested she watches How to Murder your Wife.

Since then, Kareena has been watching all these movies at home while Saif has been attending to her needs of popcorn and soda. That’s a good new activity couples could try out, right?

The ad film of her newly adopted brand has been directed by Director Anuj Alia, and is shot in Mehboob Studio. With a line up of big films and a number of endorsements deals, this woman is completely on a roll.

2010 sure seems to be a busy year for Kapoor with a lineup of not only endorsements but films like Milenge Milenge, Golmaal 3, Lajjo, Kismat Talkies, Shree Ashtavinayak’s untitled film, Gulel, Siddharth Malhotra’s remake of Stepmom and films like Agent Vinod as well.

Now she has okayed a cosmetic cream ad on the condition that her new favourite and 3 Idiots director Rajkumar Hirani shoots it.

Says a source, “Kareena loved working with Raju so much so that she has been recommending him even to the brands she endorses. Prahlad Kakkar was to direct the cosmetic cream ad film but the actress thought that Hirani was the best bet to make the ad, whose theme was Aal Izz Well.”

The ad will be shot today at a 7 star hotel in Bandra. The source adds, “Though Raju Hirani has directed ads before and even acted in some of them, this is his first one in three years, as he was occupied with 3 I. Bebo feels that Raju can make her look naturally gorgeous like in the film, also she is sure that he’d conceptualize the ad, light the set and shoot her from flattering angles. Both Imtiaz and Raju are perfectionists and she feels safe working with them.”

A source close to Hirani says, “Hirani is shooting for an ad with Kareena from today onwards for three days. Rajkumar Hirani is returning to shoot an ad film after almost three years. However shooting for an ad is not something he is averse too, just that he likes the concept and idea to be worked out by his team.

Rajkumar Hirani says, “Yes I am shooting for a commercial with Kareena and the concept revolves around Aall Izz Well.”

Kareena confirms, “Yes it’s true I requested for Raju. I am very particular who directs me as the comfort factor is important. I had Imtiaz shoot my Kurkure ad after I had worked with him in Jab We Met. And I thought Raju was perfect for this ad. People have liked my character in 3I so much that Raju and I decided to have a similar look in the ad too.”

She had gone to the village with Aamir Khan as part of the promotion campaign for 3 Idiots. The weavers from the village even presented her with a gorgeous hand-woven black saree with gold embellishments. She was elated by the gift but at the same time saddened to hear the hardships faced by the weavers and their fellow villagers for the plain lack of electricity.

Kareena was so moved by their plight that she gave a check of approximately Rs. 3 Lakhs to raise a solar energy plant to provide electricity to the village. The solar plant should be built in two months.

Not only this, but Kareena is now urging others from the industry to come forward and help to bring electricity to the 100 or so villages in India that still do not have this necessity.

This gesture was among several others during the Greenathon II extravaganza co-organized and sponsored by NDTV and Toytota.

Reports coming in a few days back, that Saif Ali Khan had planned on buying a car for his beau Kareena, seemed to have made Kareena feel the need for buying herself the luxury vehicle.

So, after having worked as hard as a grasshopper, almost having no time for recreation, Kareena Kapoor has decided enough is enough. The star has supposedly gone on a high –fi shopping spree. According to the latest buzz, she has ordered for an S-Class Mercedes Benz. The luxury vehicle has been quoted to be in the price tag of Rs 75 lakh. The actress also is planning to gift one such car to her sister Karishma Kapoor, who is ready to deliver her second baby anytime soon.

Earlier, reports of her buying a BMW were also doing the rounds, as was news about her beau Saif Ali Khan wanting a Merc, a Sports special convertible for himself. But all these plans have been put on hold for now. The two seem to be having similar tastes, and as for the craze for luxury cars, well, Kareena has Saif influenced you to go ga- ga over cars?
