Saif and Kareena marriage will happen in 2012. Kareena Kapoor who has always been tight lipped about wedding plans have confessed in a news daily, “wedding will be there, but next year.”

She added, “Of course, I talk to Saif and my family. Saif is extremely supportive and he jokes that marriage is a taboo in our film industry. Surely, there are norms that we can break but the fact is that the film fraternity considers a married actress a taboo.”

Shah Rukh Khan never disappoints. Even as he kept the media waiting for about two hours, the king of Bollywood made up for the delay and wooed the audience with his non-stop wit and charm.

He decided to welcome the international rap singer Akon in a traditional manner and showered him with flowers, whereas his heroine of Ra. One Kareena Kapoor put ‘tikka’ on his forehead and garlanded him. And when Shahrukh noticed that flummoxed look on Akon, he quipped with a dimpled smile, “In India, once the actress garlands you, you are married to the hero.” And when a member of the press pointed out that how all three of them wore black and white, Shahrukh remarked, “Now that we are married we will be coordinating clothes as well.”

Director duo Abbas-Mustan, who is remaking the Hollywood hit Italian Job, is desperately searching for the lead actress.

Sources say the two had almost zeroed in on Kareena Kapoor but she stepped back as she was not happy with the money being offered. This, despite having worked with them in three films – Ajnabee, Aitraaz and 36 China Town.

The sources add the directors are finding it difficult to get an actress as good as Kareena for the film now.
