It is learnt from reliable sources that Kareena Kapoor has finally patched up with the Bachchans now. Few days back it was wrongly reported in a Mumbai tabloid that the actress had ignored Amitabh Bachchan at an event completely.
Infact a very close friend of the actress told us that Kareena is one person who will never do so in public. “She knows how to balance her professional life and personal life. She has never shown any animosity towards them. She has been born and brought up in this industry and the question of showing disrespect for the elders will never arise.” the close friend said.

It’s quite an honour to zoom to the Top 10 of the Filmfare power list and to be the only woman there?
It’s flattering. And it’s scary. Lots of responsibilities. My power comes from my honesty to myself and to my work. It’s amazing that I’m in the power list, although I’ve never given much thought to the process of getting there. I’m all heart, as you well know. Being true to myself is very important.

It is a well known fact that there is no love lost between the Kapoors and the Bachchans, two prominent families of Bollywood. Ever since Abhishek Bachchan and Karishma Kapoor’s relationship failed to culminate into marriage, the two families have maintained distance from each other.
The acrimonious relation came once again to the fore when Kareena Kapoor made every possible effort to avoid Amitabh Bachchan at the FICCI Frames 2009. Not only did she avoid talking to the Big B, but she also tried hard to avoid eye contact. Bebo greeted all the dignitaries at the venue; however, she failed to display the same manners when it came to Big B.
