Both Kareena Kapoor and Sid Mallya recently attended the Lakme Fashion Week, but without their better halves.

They both shared something in common. They are the lonesome couple in town. Often spotted together with their better halves, they were recently seen without their better halves.

Kareena was the main attraction on day 2 of Lakme Fashion Week. Kareena looked absolutely stunning dressed in a white anarkali designed by Manish Malhotra.

She was accompanied by Amrita Arora, Sophie Choudhury and Imtiaz Ali. Siddharth Mallya on the other hand was accompanied by Atul Kasbekar on Day 3 of LFW.

She has been keeping a tab on him by calling and inquiring about his diet and health, and visiting him as much as possible. And when Randhir Kapoor signed two films lately, his younger daughter was the happiest.“He needs to work. He must work. He’s such a talented actor. I’ve inherited my comic timing from my father, which you can see in Kambakkht Ishq. I know he’d love me in this film,” says an emotional Kareena.

Firebrand Kareena Kapoor looked gorgeous in a white outfit with splashes of colour at Kambakkht Ishq’s first promotional event. The superstar actor spoke to StarBoxOffice about working with Akshay Kumar, wearing a swimsuit again, her glamorous clothes and why Saif will always be on top.

Your character in the film is called Simrita Rai. Tell us more about her.
Simrita is a feminist. She doesn’t like love, she doesn’t like men and she doesn’t like relationships. The reasons for all this are established in the film. Actually, what happens to her and how and why she falls in love forms the story of Kambakkht Ishq.

Kareena Kapoor seems to be at her modest best at the moment. After proclaiming that she did look like a ‘hanger’ according to Saif, Bebo told us how she found Denise Richards the hottest when it came to sporting a bikini in her film Kambakkht Ishq.

Since all three actresses Amrita Arora, Kareena and Denise sport a bikini in Kambakkht Ishq, when we asked Bebo as to who looks the hottest amongst the three she said, “Of course Denise. The way she carried off that bikini was simply brilliant. She looks the hottest in swim wear in Kambakht Ishq.”

She admits that no position in the film industry is permanent but at the same time Kareena Kapoor is excited after replacing Aishwarya Rai in Filmfare’s power list. The actress says the position is both flattering and scary as it comes with a lot of responsibilities.

“I think Aishwarya has had a great innings. I think it’s a great honour to be where she was in the power list. Power equations in the entertainment industry change minute by minute. I’m definitely going to try my best to hold that position,” said Kareena.

This one’s come as a big surprise, especially because it involves Kareena Kapoor. The feisty girl, who’s never worried about calling a spade a spade, has not really been know for her friendly skills especially when rival actresses are involved.
Some of her fights (the one with Bipasha Basu during the making of Ajnabi comes to mind first) have made juicy controversies.
