Kareena Kapoor who is doing the Hindi remake of ‘Kavalan’ has said that she liked Nayantara better than Asin. After watching the DVDs of ‘Bodyguard’ and ‘Kavalan’ presented to her by director Siddique, Kareena was candid in saying she liked the simple and elegant yet classy Nayantara in the Malayalam ‘Bodyguard’ more than the little pomp Asin in Tamil ’Kavalan’

So Kareena is taking references from Nayantara and she has asked her costume designer to design her clothes for the film according to the subtlety in Malayalam ‘Bodyguard’.

Salman’s next film with Siddiqui ‘Bodyguard’ was officially announced recently, and there was a lot of buzz, as speculations were rife as to who would be Salman’s arm candy. But it’s official now. Kareena will star opposite Salman in the remake of the Malayalam box-office hit film ‘Bodyguard’.

Salman’s sister Alvira and her husband Atul Agnihotri, who bought the Bollywood
rights of the Malayalam film, have signed Kareena for the film as they always felt that she would be apt to play the female lead, which was played by South-Indian actress Nayantara in the original version.

She may be the face of many cosmetic brands but Bollywood diva Kareena Kapoor says she looks best sans make-up.

The actress, who will next be seen with ex-beau Shahid Kapoor in long-delayed Milenge Milenge, will feature on the cover of People Magazine’s ‘India’s Most Beautiful’ issue without make-up.

“Beauty lies in naturalness and not in fake eyelashes and coloured lipsticks,” Kareena told reporters at the launch of the magazine at the IIFA Weekend.

The 30-year-old star who looked beautiful in a peach coloured dress said she has never been a “make up person”.
