After mesmering people with her size zero figure, Kareena Kapoor is now all set to share her fitness mantra by writing a foreword for Rujuta Diwekar’s Don’t Lose Your Mind, Lose Your Weight.

Kareena writes about being taught “to eat well, eat right and eat regularly. She also mentions that her fitness is the result of “70% diet and 30% exercise-training and yoga.”

Kareena also mentions how her diet is customised to her requirements and how every meal is planned in accordance to the level of activity of any given day.

She started the trend of size-zero with her stunning slim figure in “Tashan” but Bollywood queen Kareena Kapoor feels that she is better than size-zero.
Kareena’s new figure has earned her both praises as well as criticism.

On one hand, the actress has been credited with promoting healthy lifestyle and the benefits of yoga while on the other hand she has been termed as anorexic by many.

“I think I am not size-zero atleast I look better than that I believe in the power of yoga and I swear by it,” she said.
