Bold, beautiful, bankable and fan favorite Kareena Kapoor has seen many highs and lows in both her personal and professional life. Recently, on the relationship front, speculation has once again arisen about wedding bells for her and her beau Saif Ali Khan.

When quizzed about whether her and Khan had thought or talked about getting married, Kapoor jokes, “I won’t deny that I do think about it. Saif jokes that marriage is a taboo in our film industry. Surely there are norms which we can break…” Kapoor adds, “A wedding will happen but after a year maybe… Yes, probably the year when the world is supposed to end.”

Loud mouth Kareena, who turned 30 in September, made her histrionic brag in an interview with CNN IBN after host Rajiv Masand observed that Kareena’s ambitions appear to have changed.

Masand quizzed her on why she was going for big ticket movies such as RA.One, Agent Vinod and Bodyguard, instead of seeking challenging roles such as the ones that she did in Chameli, Dev and Omkara.

Former lovers Shahid Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor continue to be against each other. At a recent event, both demanded from the organizers to perform after the other. Shahid insisted that he wanted to perform after Kareena as he had given more hits in 2009 and Bebo maintained that she was a bigger star, and should get to perform after Shahid. After a lot of struggle, the organizers managed to coax Shahid and let Kareena have her way and perform after him. Besides, keeping a close watch on the ‘Kaminey’ star, Bebo commented on Shahid’s nerdy look and said he was not looking good with the glasses.

The year 2009 definitely belonged to the gorgeous Katrina Kaif as she gave Bollywood some big hits like Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani and New York while, 3 Idiots only gave Kareena Kapoor some security as three other projects (Kambakkht Ishq, Main Aurr Mrs. Khanna, and Kurbaan) failed to do much of anything at the Box Office. Shahid Kapur, the handsome hunk of bollywood who was in a relationship with sizzling hot Kapoor babe (Kareena Kapoor) for almost four years, has made sarcastic remarks about her dominating nature on Karan Johar’s show ‘Lift Kara De.’

In fact, Shahid Kapur went to the extent of accusing the ravishing beauty of forcing him to take career decisions in accordance with her wishes. Shahid also pointed out to the fact that Kareena Kapoor would always make him do the things which were her liking, irrespective of Shahid Kapur’s own interests and desires. “Kareena is very warm towards me,” said actor Shahid Kapoor, talking about his equation with ex-girlfriend Kareena Kapoor. Shahid, who was recently in Delhi to promote his upcoming flick Chance Pe Dance, got candid with HT City about the recent controversies surrounding him.

The actor, who hosted an awards function on Saturday night, was accused of avoiding Kareena that night. Stunned at the rumours, Shahid said, “Did I cross her? Believe me, I did not even realise it. When did this happen? I want to make it clear that Kareena and I have met on a couple of occasions and at a few social gatherings. She is very warm towards me and so am I. Things are cordial between us.”

It’s finally time for Shahid Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor to reunite on-screen as their long delayed film ‘Milenge Milenge’ is set to hit theatres on March 5, 2010.

The release date has been confirmed by producer Boney Kapoor who continues to be passionate about his pet project in spite of it being in the making for half a decade.

“The principal shooting of the film is wrapped up and we are neck deep in post production. 5th March has been confirmed for release and we are finalising our marketing and promotional strategy,” Kapoor said.
