The buzz in Bollywood is that while shooting for her upcoming film Stand By Me in Las Vegas recently, Kareena Kapoor met a few Hollywood agents. It seems she is scouting for roles in LA.
The lure of Hollywood has driven many divas from the Hindi film world. But not many, including Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Mallika Sherawat, managed to make a career after riding the hype.
There have been others such as Celina Jaitley and Koena Mitra who routinely claim to have got a Hollywood break, without any substantial offer to show for their tall talk. Can Kareena break the jinx?

MUMBAI: The Stardust Awards 2009 was held on Sunday, 15 February, 2009 in Mumbai. The who’s who of the industry was present at these awards. Amitabh and Jaya Bachchan with Amar Singh, Anil Kapoor, Akshay Kumar and Twinkle Khanna, Rekha, Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor, Ashutosh and Sunita Gowariker, Farhan Akhtar, Boney and Sridevi Kapoor, Kangana Ranaut and Adhyayan Suman, Amrita Rao, Asin, Neha Dhupia, Koena Mitra, Abbas-Mustan, Anu Malik, Genelia D’Souza and many more graced the red carpet.
