We have already showed you twitpics of Kareena Kapoor, Shahrukh Khan and Karan Johar from the set of their upcoming movie Ra.One, and now a new pic of Bebo has surfaced!

In Ra.One, Shahrukh plays G.One, Arjun Rampal portrays Ra.One and Kareena is of course the female lead! Other actors include Satish Shah, Shahana Goswami, Dilip tahil, Tom Wu and Ben Hawkey as Billy. SRK has mentioned that his character is a ‘jeevu’ so who knows? Maybe he will take on more than one role? Hollywood action favorite Jackie Chan was approached for a role in the movie but he ended up turning down the offer and Tom Wu got the part.
The movie was initially set to start filming in Miami but due to budget problems the shooting took place in India instead. This summer the cast and crew took off to London where they spent a few weeks filming what looked like impressive stunt scenes.
Composer duo Vishal-Shekhar have created the flick’s music and hip-hop superstar Akon will be featured on the soundtrack. The “Sexy Chick” singer came to Mumbai earlier this year to record some tracks and participate in a press conference with Shahrukh and Kareena.
SRK has previously shared information about the action hero flick and told reporters at a press meeting: “Ra.One is a superhero film. There is a good guy, there is a bad guy, there is a beautiful girl, there is a wonderful singer and a fantastic director.”
He later added on Twitter: “G.One is made of solid electricity…he has come in the real world from a virtual one to fight against RA.one the evil force. He is the Good one….that’s why for short…his name is G.One…which also stands for Life in Hindi.”
Sounds like a blockbuster to us! Are you looking forward to seeing Ra.One when it hits theaters on June 3, 2011?

For months, says Kareena Kapoor, she hasn’t slept for more than four hours every night because of overflowing work commitments. But, she’s happy being where she is – professionally. Ask her about the obvious comparisons between her real role as a stepmother (almost) to Saif’s children and her reel role as a younger one in Siddharth Malhotra’s ” We Are Family”, and she is quick to bury any such references. “It’s a role that I am playing, in professional capacity and it is part of that world only .

The role and its context has nothing to do with my personal life,” she says. But, she doesn’t mind acknowledging the similarities between herself and the character Shreya in the movie. She says, “Even Shreya doesn’t know anything about motherhood and stuff. She is a 24-25-year-old career oriented woman, who gets caught in unfortunate circumstances where she has to live with this dying other woman – Kajol’s character – Maya because of the man she loves. It’s her journey from a career oriented girl to being a mother. It’s a role that I would’ve loved to portray in my style and I have done that.”After doing “almost 40 films” Kareena found this role extremely tough, perhaps her toughest to date. “It’s a special role for me; in fact, it would be so for any actor today. If I may say that, it’s the toughest role in the movie. There are a lot of feelings involved, between her and Maya, her and Arjun, and her and the children. It is a tough role for me. I haven’t seen the film, but I hope it looks good.”Yep, Kareena doesn’t have any to watch movies right now. She is so pressed for time that she’s only sleeping for four hours every night for a while. “Life’s been very hectic. I will now be shooting at Riga in Latvia for “Agent Vinod” now. I am also shooting simultaneously for Shah Rukh’s “Ra.One” and then in November I’ll be working on my next with Karan Johar.”

There’s much on her platter, and Kareena doesn’t mind the gypsy lifestyle, unlike her cousin Ranbir. She says, “I have chosen this career and this life. My career is of utmost importance to me at the moment, and I want to achieve much. It is clearly something I want to do and my family completely understands that and supports me. My mother recently came to London where I was shooting for “Ra.One” and I tried to spend time with her there. I also try and spend time with my sister and her children, but there’s just so much time I have. So, it’s difficult at times.”But spending time with Saif, even if it is for a movie, must have its charms, we enquire. “Agent Vinod is a professional commitment for me. Working with Sriram Raghavan has its own appeal. He is very edgy and I was excited to work with him. I wanted to work with him, so I am in the film. I have stopped doing things as favours long ago – you know when one did a few things here and there for friends or people. I need to know what I’ll be doing if I am committing to a movie for 60-65 days of filming. I must enjoy the work that I do or I’d rather spend that time going on a holiday. So, the movie is more about my belief in Sriram’s work.”

However, shooting in foreign locales with beau Saif must have its own perks, for instance having Bollywood conversations over dinner. “Well, we discuss work after shoot, but not very much. However, it is difficult to not discuss movies. We might not discuss a lot of Hindi movies as he prefers to watch a lot of English titles.”

And both fields of achievement are important to her today. She says, “When I came into Bollywood, I knew there would be nothing left for anyone when I joined. People have always known how fiercely career oriented I have been, since the beginning. Acting comes naturally to me and I have to keep the tradition of the Kapoor khandaan going. You see, the good thing is that I don’t need to do this to run my house. I love it, so I do it. It’s my goal.”

But the experimentation also needs to be done in moderation. Says Kareena, “I won’t sell my soul but I’ll sell my talent. Actors are like scientists, we must experiment to succeed. Otherwise, we will become stagnant. I do want to do different kinds of roles.” Does that include evading questions in style, too?

Ask her if she’s discovered maternal instinct and Kapoor admits, “I’m not prepared for motherhood right now. I’m still a kid and there’s time before I can drift towards marriage and family.” Does beau Saif Ali Khan agree with her? “I need to do a little more growing up first,” she smiles.

However, Kapoor says that Khan and she are pretty keen to get engaged. “But right now, Agent Vinod is our top priority. Saif is flagging off his company, Saif Ali Khan Productions, after its release. I’ve been appointed a director there. We’ll think about getting engaged after Agent Vinod,” she says.

Family matters
Kapoor, however, claims that she learnt a few practical and handy ‘momma’ tricks from co-star Kajol. “She is a fantastic actor. But since Kajol is a mother in real life, she understood her character Maya much better. I learnt a little bit about motherhood watching her put real life experiences to use in her reel life,” explains Kapoor.

She asserts that her character Shreya, unlike Maya, is focused on her career. When asked how Shreya was different from her character in Ra.One, Kapoor says, “Shreya is contemporary and real, and someone who doesn’t know how to be a mother. Ra.One has more to do with the superhero and the family and is not so much about the mother I play in it.”

Budding friendship
Bring up her blossoming friendship with co-star Kajol and Kapoor beams, “We both attach a lot of importance to family and relationships. We both go back home to people we love and value.”

One day Bebo’s beau Saif Ali Khan came to visit his belle, but don’t let this pic fool you; Kareena is not pregnant! She is simply busy shooting Ra.One and judging by this behind-the-scenes photo Bebo will be seen doing pre-natal yoga!

Now we can’t wait to see the action hero flick! Shahrukh has already explained what the movie is about: “Ra.One is a superhero film. There is a good guy, there is a bad guy, there is a beautiful girl, there is a wonderful singer and a fantastic director,” SRK told reporters during a press conference with his co-star Kareena.

“It’s a kind of film, a genre we guys haven’t tried at Red Chilies. On behalf of the whole team, I would like to try and I hope we succeed. It’s a new thing for all of us, so we are giving it our best shot,” he added.

Kareena and Saif’s loving relationship is not new to Bollywood and their jodi is regarded as one of the hottest jodi in the B-town.

The latest buzz revealed that the actress might take two days leave to spend some time with her love Saif, on his birthday on Aug. 16.

Reportedly, the actress might go to Latvia, where Saif is shooting for his home production ‘Agent Vinod’.

Bebo requested for two days off to Shahrukh
Presently, Bebo is in London shooting with SRK for his forthcoming flick ‘Ra. One’. The gorgeous actress has requested for a two days off, from her London schedule, to Shahrukh.

A source said, “While the actress has requested leave of absence from SRK to promote We Are Family in Mumbai, she will take two more days off to go to Latvia.”

Though the actress did not reveal, officially, anything about her plans to celebrate Saif’s birthday, Kareena has asked for leave from her London shoot.

Kareena said, “I’m in London and will come to Mumbai this week and then, in September, when the film releases. As far as Saif’s birthday is concerned, I am not sure whether I will spend it with him or not. He’s shooting in Latvia and I am shooting in London. I haven’t asked Shah Rukh for two more days of leave. Saif and I have already spent some time in London.”

When asked about Saif’s birthday gift, Bebo said, “I haven’t bought anything as yet. I will have to think about it as he has everything. Maybe I will buy him something in London.”

Siddharth Malhotra quiet happy to work with Kareena and Kajol in ‘We Are Family’
Though Kareena is Siddharth Malhora’s cousin, directing the film with the two famed actresses, Kareena and Kajol, was a dream-come-true for Siddharth.

Debutant director Siddharth said, “Kareena’s grandmother Mrs. Krishna Raj Kapoor and my grandfather actor Premnath are siblings. So I’ve known her from my childhood. We’ve practically grown up together. When I went to Karan Johar with the idea of remaking Stepmom I told him that Kajol and Kareena were my first and last choices. Karan not only got me the remake rights, he also got me the two actresses”.

The super-excited director added, “According to me Kareena has surpassed Julia Roberts in the original. The two actresses are the best we have. And there was never an ego issue. Both actresses were super-professional. That is why it took two years to get remake rights and only 64 shifts to make my film.”

Reportedly, Siddharth was quite excited to work with Kajol and wants to work with her again.

“Kajol is addictive. No one can wok only once with her. She kept me on my toes. If you work with her you better do your homework, or she will grill you. Karan has taught me to know my characters on my fingertips,” said Siddharth.

Shahrukh Khan is reported to be having real hard time shooting for Ra.One considering the weather conditions on the sets and difficult action sequences. Amidst of these things, one person who has come to his rescue and give him some peace is Kareena Kapoor which was recently exclaimed by Shahrukh himself.

“We have been shooting day and night. Weather was awful one day, shot was difficult another day. Kareena was beautiful every day. Now shoot in control.”

Well, looks like, Kareena’s all dreams are coming true with Ra.One. Firstly, to share the screen space in the lead role with SRK and then seeking a beautiful compliment as well.

For more than two years, Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor have been inseparable on the days that have been special for either of them. Kareena particularly takes charge of things on Saif’s birthday which falls on August 16.

In 2008 she had taken personal pains to host a party at a hotspot in Mumbai. Last year, she whisked Saif away to an undisclosed location for undisturbed TLC. This year, however, the couple may not be together as work is keeping them busy.

Saif is going to be busy with his shoot of Agent Vinod in Latvia, while Kareena is in London, shooting with Shahrukh Khan for the superstar’s Ra.One. She will fly to Mumbai soon to promote her upcoming film We Are Family but then return back to London to resume the shoot of Ra.One.

Though rumour has it that she has asked SRK to relieve her for a few days to join Saif in Latvia on his birthday, Kareena denies having done so.

In fact, she says she’s unsure if she’ll be with Saif on his birthday.

In that case, Saif may well have to celebrate his birthday without Bebo.

A jasoos is telling me that Shah Rukh Khan is mighty excited these days. After returning from his long chutti, which he spent across Europe, he’s back to the gruelling schedule of Anubhav Sinha’s Ra.One. And he’s now excited about shooting with Kareena Kapoor. My tweety

bird has told me this morning that in the film, Bebo jaan has some dialogues in Chinese, which she has been burning the midnight oil to learn. And Khan is being so supportive.
He sits with her for hours and helps her rehearse. His other attraction on the set is the bunch of ‘kars’ (yes, that’s how he spells cars) that have been brought in to complete the sci-fi look of the film. Now, I really am looking forward to watching kars, Kareena and Khan!

Everything is possible for bollywood’s number one actress and that’s none other than Bebo. She is busy with lot of assignments and didn’t had the time to visit a hair salon.

According to the sources, Kareena was busy shooting for Stepmom, Golmaal 3, Ra.One and Agent Vinod and her endorsements. All the work made her so busy that she had no time to trim her hair.

Pompy Hans has been her personal hairstylist for quite sometime now but was not able to take out time to trim her hair, when Pompy insisted that she has to get her hair trimmed so Kareena got her hair trimmed in Vanity Van.
