Rajkumar Hirani the inspiring helmer who’s uplifting Munna Bhai series that reintroduced the magnificent Gandhi and Gandhigiri to the Indian audience has now received a compliment of his lifetime from Bollywood attractive and size zero icon ‘Kareena’.
The actress who shares the screen for the first time with the perfectionist Aamir is feeling mighty lucky for two reasons. One she is working with a focus and involved actor like Aamir. Number two while working with Rajkumar Hirani, the actress was flabbergasted by the helmer’s neck of sensibilities which took her to her past when people use to talk about her magnificent grandfather the great Raj Kapoor.

Yesteryear actor Randhir Kapoor has been in the news for the past one year, thanks to his plans of reviving the half-a-century-old family banner, RK Films. But his daughter, actress Kareena Kapoor, would like to see her cousin, actor Ranbir, to “take charge” of RK Films.
“I’d like Ranbir to take the RK legacy forward. The girls and the Kapoor women have done their bit and made the family proud. Ranbir is also doing that but it’d be fantastic to see him take charge of the family banner and take it to the heights that dadaji (Raj Kapoor) and bade dadaji (Prithviraj Kapoor) took it to. I’m sure he’ll deliver. After all, he’s a true blue Kapoor,” says Kareena.

Kareena Kapoor says that one day she might don the director’s cap instead of the greasepaint. The actress, however, is busy with acting assignment, so much so that she is not in a position to think about directing a film right now. The question of this talented lady wielding the megaphone has been on the minds of movie mongers as both her grand father Raj Kapoor and father Randhir Kapoor took to direction later in their career.
While there are chances that Kareena may go behind the camera, for now one has to be content seeing her onscreen.
