In Rajnikanth’s movie Robot Aishwarya had to play the love interest and all that was needed of her was to look beautiful and dance in the film. Like wise it seems that Kareena Kapoor who has done some meaningful movies would play second fiddle to the character of SRK in RaOne.

Even as Dhrama Production managed to avert a collision between their film We Are Family and the Salman Khan-starrer Dabangg, they seem to have walked into yet another clash with something bigger – Rajinikanth’s highly anticipated sci-fi film Robot.

The film will release as Endhiran in Tamil and Yanthram in Telugu on September 3 – the same day as We Are Family and a week ahead of Dabangg. This could wipe out the majority of collections of these Bollywood movies in the south.
