For the first time after their messy break-up few years ago, former lovers Kareena Kapoor and Shahid Kapoor greeted and spoke with each other warmly at Filmfare awards.

So strong were the negative vibes between them, that they even refused to promote their film Milenge Milenge

together, much to the dismay of director Satish Kaushik, who was struggling to release his much-delayed romantic comedy.

Boney Kapoor’s Milenge Milenge hit the theatres on July 9. And the one reason why Shahid Kapoor-Kareena Kapoor fans won’t want to miss this flick is because this will probably have the pair together for the last time.

The last time the duo came together in Jab We Met, they created some awesome magic on screen. Director Satish Kaushik who can’t stop praising the two actors, says, “People want to see them together after Jab We Met. The whole thing about finding one’s true love is a very thrilling thought. The thought of looking for your love is what has kept romantic films so much in demand. And frankly, romance never goes out of fashion,” he says.

Kareena Kapoor is reportedly not happy with the promos of her upcoming film Milenge Milenge, which also stars her ex-flame Shahid Kapoor. The actress can’t understand the need of the tagline ‘They Are Back Together’ which is being flashed repeatedly in the promos of the film.

Though the actress has moved on from her split with Shahid, she gets the feeling that the line ‘They Are Back Together’ hints that she and Shahid are back together again, dating. Moreover, the song ‘Kuchh Toh Baaki Hai’ (something still remains) gives the impression that she and Shahid are pining to patch up.

The much-delayed ‘Milenge Milenge’ will finally see the light of the day with Kareena Kapoor busy completing the dubbing as well as the promotional video of the film.

“Though the film has been in its making stages for quite a while now, Kareena Kapoor has been very patient and in spite of having a plethora of brands and other film shoots she is making sure she gives ‘Milenge Milenge’ its due attention,” sources close to the actress said.

Both Boney Kapoor and director Satish Kaushik are raving about the actress’s accommodating attitude, they said.
