Bollywood actress Soha Ali Khan doesn’t mind media attention, but asking her questions related to her brother Saif Ali Khan and his girlfriend Kareena Kapoor definitely rubs her the wrong way.

“It’s very frustrating when people ask me about them, but it doesn’t annoy me any more. I very calmly and politely ask the media not to ask about them (Saif and Kareena),” Soha said.

“Not because I don’t want to speak about my brother or Kareena, but because I don’t speak for them in case the media is not able to reach them. I don’t want to be their spokesperson. Also, these questions are often private and I’m not comfortable with that,” she said.

Kareena Kapoor is all set to fly to Paris to shoot an advertisement for an apparel chain and the Bollywood actress will don a new look, thanks to a French make-up artist.

Kareena is the brand ambassador of retail chain Globus and the firm has decided to make the ad on a grand scale in Paris, complete with a makeover by a French artist, a company official said.

‘The French artist is going to create a new look for her. We are giving her a complete makeover and she will surely look different and as usual stunning,’ the executive said.

Actor Saif Ali Khan was happy that his 38th birthday on August 16th coincided with the festival of Raksha Bandhan as his two sisters celebrate the festival in a big way.

“There’s no one in town! All my friends from the industry are not here. In fact I had spoken to Shah Rukh (Khan). He had promised to fly back to Mumbai for my birthday. Very sweet of him,” saif Saif, ahead of his birthday.

“My mom and dad are not flying over from Delhi. My birthday is not such a big deal for me. I’d just be happy to spend it with Kareena (Kapoor) and my kids,” Saif told IANS.

I’d love to make films for Kareena and my sister Soha, he says

After “Being Cyrus”, actor-producer Saif Ali Khan is all set to come together with Homi Adajania for a period film.

“But not right away. We’ll be doing it next year. I’ll produce a film and it’s not really a period film. It would be a period film, but it won’t feel like one,” Saif told IANS.

“By that I mean it’d be very contemporary in terms of actions and emotions. But in order to make those actions and emotions credible, the plot will be set in the past. Part of my character might have some Thugi traits. But I don’t play a thug, as defined in the history books.”
